Man Wounded In Atlantic City Shooting

A 20-year-old man was wounded by gunfire on Friday, March 10 in Atlantic City, authorities said.

At 7:27 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 3800 block of Ventnor Avenue for a ShotSpotter alert. 

Officers found a 29-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Evidence of gunfire was also located at the scene. The victim was transported by ambulance to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of injuries that are considered non-life threatening, police said.
